During this workshop, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your lived experiences, the role of social identity, and their impact on your personal story. In this workshop, connect with a career coach to envision possibilities and learn about the industry-focused spaces in the Center for Career Engagement to inspire confidence as you make decisions about your future!

STUDENT LEADERSHIP AND PURPOSE*

In this session you will be introduced to the Bauer Leaders Academy and engage in a hands-on activity in small groups to reflect on how purpose impacts your university experience. Additionally, you will participate in a workshop that will introduce you to the CliftonStrengths framework, begin to understand your Top 5 CliftonStrengths, and how to utilize these Strengths at WashU.
