Winter Welcome: Spring Transfer & Exchange Student Orientation
Winter Welcome is WashU’s orientation program for new transfer and exchange students arriving for the spring semester. Held in January, the program helps students get settled on campus, connect with peers, and learn about essential academic and campus resources.

If you have a disability and require accommodations (such as assistive listening device, captioning, large print, reserved front row seat, advanced copy of slides to be projected, etc.) in order to fully participate in Winter Welcome, please list them in your Winter Welcome Registration form. After we receive your submission, a member of Student Transitions & Engagement will contact you for more information. Requests should be made as soon as possible, but at least two weeks prior to your arrival on campus.
