After the interview

Student Transitions & Engagement may reach out for reference checks after the interview.
STAE will conduct academic standing checks which includes reviewing both semester and cumulative GPA. Applicants must be in good academic and conduct standing during semesters employed. We may additionally call four-year advisors regarding status. STAE reviews educational records including courses, enrollment status, unofficial transcripts, grades, and GPA. STAE collaborates with the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards, Residential Life, and the Title IX office to perform additional conduct checks. Lastly, STAE staff utilizes educational record data and institutional reported demographic data to run analysis on student recruitment efforts.
All Student Graphic Designer Applicants must be U.S. Citizens, Permanent Residents, or holders of an F-1 or J-1 visa. If you do not meet the listed conditions, please contact the Office of International Students and Scholars before applying to ensure that you are permitted to work in the United States.
