Bearprints for Success, GENST 1100, is a one-credit, seven-week course is designed to help new students make a successful transition to WashU, both academically and personally.

Bearprints offers an interactive, small-group learning experience where students engage with academic readings and real-time, collaborative activities. Students will also be introduced to key campus resources and connect with staff dedicated to supporting their academic and personal growth. To foster meaningful discussion and engagement, each course section is capped at 15 students.

Registration

Students interested in taking Bearprints for Success should speak with their academic advisor before adding the course to their schedule. Bearprints can be found in the General Studies (GENST) department in Workday course listings.
